CANCELLATION POLICY:

Pre-registration Super Early Bird deadline is Monday, December 16. After Monday, December 16, the registration fee increases by $30. After Friday, January 24, the registration fee again will increase by $50. Cancellations must be received by the registration deadline of Friday, January 24.
