New District Judges and an Update on the Magistrate Judge PPP

For this year's "LAIPLA Goes to Court", please join is on December 1st, for a virtual lunch with our distinguished panel of judges from the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

The judges will provide their views on topics relating to patent cases, including Local Rules, technology tutorials, litigating patent cases in the age of COVID, the Magistrate Judge Patent Pilot Program, and participation by young lawyers.

LAIPLA will be providing this session virtually. Access information and any MCLE materials will be sent out on November 30, 2020.

Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (provider # 2083) certifies that the Annual Meeting and Patent program has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hours.
